Rais Mstaafu, Dk. Jakaya Kikwete ametoa andiko lake kuelekea Maadhimisho ya Siku ya Malaria Duniani. andiko hilo ambalo ameliandika kwa lugha ya Kiingereza na ambalo limo katika Tovuti ya gazeti la Huffington Post, Dk.
